Bachelor of Information Engineering. Master of Computer Technology Application. PhD in Management Science. More than six years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, previously HP Inc. He has led more than 50 digital transformation and ERP projects across China for more than a decade, including work for BMW, Volkswagen, and Bank of East Asia.

What to send before day 1
- At least five people for all six sessions. Executives and managers. Include sales, purchasing, production, and finance if those roles exist.
- One recent customer RFQ, with the customer name removed, and who approved the price and the date.
- One recent supplier purchase: the quotes compared, who chose the supplier, and whether the invoice matched the receipt.
- One recent production order: whether material was short, who released the job, and whether finished goods were stocked in.
What you leave with
- A shared picture of the three processes and the three decisions that stay with a person.
- A short roadmap: the pains they rank, and the one that matters first.
- Their remaining questions, answered or written down.
One price
